Legal notice

All business transactions, supply agreements, consignments, invoices, claims, disputes, and related dealings with Sendex Logistics shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the supply, transportation, delivery, payment, replacement, refund, or quality of goods shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.

The receiving party agrees that any claims regarding damaged goods, shortages, or disputes must be reported to Sendex Logistics within 48 hours of receipt of goods along with valid photo and video proof, failing which the consignment shall be deemed accepted in good condition.

Sendex Logistics reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing any replacement, compensation, or credit note.
