Return & Refund Policy

For Sendex Logistics

At Sendex Logistics, we are committed to delivering premium quality packaged drinking water manufactured and supplied directly to FTV franchises across India. Customer satisfaction and product quality remain our highest priority.

1. Damaged Goods Policy

In the event that any bottles or packaged units are received in damaged condition during transit or delivery, the concerned franchise/distributor must notify Sendex Logistics within 48 hours of receiving the consignment. The claim must be supported with clear photo and video proof of the damaged goods for verification purposes.

2. Replacement / Compensation

After verification of the claim, Sendex Logistics shall provide compensation through either of the following methods:

  • Replacement bottles/products in the next consignment shipment, or

  • Issuance of a Credit Note equivalent to the value of the damaged goods.

The mode of compensation shall be determined mutually between Sendex Logistics and the receiving party.

3. Extra Bottles in Next Consignment

Where applicable, replacement quantities may be adjusted and supplied as extra bottles/products in the next scheduled consignment dispatched to the franchise/distributor.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and food-grade compliance standards, delivered drinking water products are non-returnable once accepted by the receiving party, except in cases involving transit damage, leakage, manufacturing defects, or quality concerns verified by Sendex Logistics.

5. Claim Verification

Sendex Logistics reserves the right to inspect, verify, and validate all claims before issuing replacements or credit notes. Claims raised without sufficient photo/video evidence or beyond the specified 48-hour reporting period may not be accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sendex Logistics shall not be liable for damages caused due to improper storage, mishandling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or unauthorized transportation after delivery has been completed.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of delivery and continued business transactions with Sendex Logistics shall constitute acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy and associated terms & conditions.
